Al Furjan Takes Possession of Two Completed Projects from Azizi Developers

Roy Mediterranean has 224 studios and 47 one-bedroom apartments and the Montrell has 168 studios, 54 one-bedroom units and 7,500 square feet of retail space in a total construction area of 246,243 square fee.

Al Furjan Takes Possession of Two Completed Projects from Azizi Developers

Azizi Developments has announced that Montrell and Roy Mediterranean, with the AED 300 million ($81.6 million) and AED 350 million ($95.2 million) by Azizi have been completed and handed over to Al Furjan.

In a statement, Azizi Developments said, the developer successfully completed more than 2,000 units in Al Furjan since 2016, with Roy Mediterranean and Montrell being completed in a record time of 18 and 17 months.

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group said, “The successful completion of these two projects is a testimony to our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential properties.”

“We believe that investors and buyers of Montrell by Azizi and Roy Mediterranean by Azizi will benefit from prime, high-demand locations like Al Furjan and an alpha return on investment leading up to and during the Expo 2020 Dubai.”

Azizi’s Roy Mediterranean has 224 studios and 47 one-bedroom apartments and the Montrell has 168 studios, 54 one-bedroom units and 7,500 square feet of retail space in a total construction area of 246,243 square fee.

Mirwais Azizi added “Quality and timely completion of projects remains our top priority and we are continuing to make strong progress across Azizi’s live developments.”

 According to the company, Azizi’s are looking forward for two more developments, Aaliya Residences in Dubai Healthcare City ( AED 350 million ($95.2 million))  and Mina on the Palm Jumeirah ( the AED 780 million ($212.3 million))are expected to be delivered in Q2 and Q3 of this year.
